From your first paragraph it sounds like your wheel speed sensors could be culprit, but if they've already been checked and deemed ok then ? .....
As far as TCS Ctrl warning light coming on, are you getting into limp-home mode (where car goes off of electronic throttle control, aka drive-by-wire, and into the backup cable-actuated throttle ?) You'd know this if the gas pedal feels very stiff and it's difficult to maintain cruising speed (also because you lose base boost by then). Limp-home mode can be reset by pulling car over, wait 30 secs, turn off, wait another 30-60 secs, then restart. If the TCS Ctrl warning light is still on you've got a serious malfunction somewhere. If not, you may have a bad throttle position sensor inside the electronic throttle body unit, a bad bleeder valve, bad connections and/or vacuum loss somewhere. Very unlikely would it be a faulty ABS/TCS computer although one never knows.
Search this BB for TCS/ABS and ETS (electronic throttle system) postings and you'll come across many angsts .... and solutions.
Good luck,
Ken
