I have an 89 9KS which I replaced the MC and clutch lines on recently. Fixed my clutch woes, until they returned!
I decided it had to be yet another crapped M/C, but in the course of diagnostics discovered that the fitting at the top of the M/C was just barely oozing fluid. When I tightened it, I couldn't even feel it moving -- just that little bit did make the difference, though, and no further problems since then (at least six months!).
Hope this is your luck as well.
Good luck!
