It is sometimes surprising how much of a difference dirty terminals can make. Clean the battery posts off thoroughly and check the main ground and power cables for any corrosion or fraying.
My car is always above 11V after starting. Many years ago, I replaced some badly frayed and corroded main ground cables, which increased the EDU voltage reading by at least half a volt. Also, my terminals are always clean with a good contact. I don't use that dielectric grease gunk, never have. Just clean terminals, the little felt post washers and gold plated terminals. :)
Also, keep in mind that many of the 9000 starters, as they age, tend to take more current to the solenoid to turn over. I just put on a aftermarket solenoid to trigger the starter, and it's unbelievable how much faster and easier the car cranks now, at ALL times, not just when it's hot out. Before it would take a few seconds of cranking before the engine would catch, now it always starts on the very first turn.
It could just be a weak battery, though.. what kind of voltage reading do you get when you turn the key to ON without starting the car? Should be at least 12.4V, right?
