The stock unit doesn't have a set of RCA preouts persay, but as long as the unit you are installing has hilevel inputs, that shouldn't be a problem. My advice would be to splice into the rear speakers, as long as your are talking about ease of installation. You will have only rear sound going through your sub, but it will reduce wiring. As far as wiring power, the saab is fairly easy to run a power wire from the batter as compared to domestic cars IE pontiacs suck to run wire. The only other aspect is the remote turn on lead. You will have to find a wiring diagram, or simply ask on this board. Someone knows what color it is. My mind fails me currently. The stock remote turn on should offer suffficiant power to turn on stock amp, and the sub amp. I had a similar setup for 3 months, but eventually went aftermarket all the way around.
Email me if you have any questions.
