Julia,
You need to raise the right side front of the car, I used a ramp. Just turn the wheels all the way to the right and drive the right front wheel on to a ramp (buy from any auto store). Then remove the plastic cover (between the inner wheel arc and the air dam) from undeneat, you need a 10mm socket and a small ratchet or just a 10mm spanner. The reservoir is just above the cover. You will also see a small 3-way valve in the washer pipe work (-94 CSE at least). Please note the position of the 3 tubes, you will need to attach them in the same positions to the 3-way valve. If the valve is the leak, and you select to "repair" it, just pry the cap off with a knife and a small spring, a "piston" and the diaphragm will come out. replace the diaphramg with a piece of balloon or something, put the valve back together and reassemble the car. You're done.
For $3 you can also get a new valve..... smile.
Enjoy
