It took me about 20 minutes to replace it. Just check if the plastic cover at the underside of the car behind the bumper has a separate part at the passenger side. That needs to come off and then you have access at the underside of the reservoir. That's where the pump(s) and the valve(s) is/are.
The reason for possible plural is, that you probably have a rear washer/wiper ('94 aero?). In that case you have two pumps and valves attached to the underside of the reservoir: the three-way goes to the windscreen/ headlight, and there's a straight valve going in the line to the rear window.
Now if your reservoir empties itself totally over a period, that points to a problem in the lowest point of the system, which is just where you are now.
If there's always a reasonable amount left in the tank, then you're looking at a crack in the tank, but that's unlikely ( I hope)
