Clearly all the fronts of the vents would not have simultaneously become either disconnected or had the flap broken in the shut position.
I'm not intimately familiar with the inner workings on the blower motor end, but one suspects there is a single flap somewhere between the blower and where it enters the ductwork. That would be my guess as to what's broken, if indeed you do hear the motor running. I presume you also hear it change speeds as you adjust the ACC ? Unfortunately, I can't tell you how to go about fixing it...ACC is one of the few systems in my car that's been trouble free, except for the light bulbs and the blower motor itself. :)
