Add 2 more to do the sunroof panel. Since they are independent activities, you don't have to do them at the same time.
You can do it without a garage, but you will need some saw horses to set the headliner on once you take it out. Of course it would have to be a nice day and you would have to start early. When I've done it, I usually let the glue dry overnight before I put the headliner back in.
My sunroof rattled more than squeaked. The copper tubes vibrate and rattle against the outside track. I cured my rattle by wrapping the tubes with scrap foam-backed headliner material in the places the tubing was close to another metal part.
