I also tried the bike inner tube method, but ended up with a blast of talc going into the brake fluid reservoir when I removed the inner tube while it was still pressurized. Oops! - probably not good for the hydraulics. After unsuccessfully trying to get all the talc out from the inner tube beforehand on the next bleed job, I bought a ready-made pressure bleeder, essentially the same thing as mentioned by sm333ace, but of course costing twice as much:
