From what I have read numerous times on this board, when you replace the rear sway bar bushes with poly, it takes most, if not all, of the understeer away from the front-end. When you go ahead and then put poly in the front sway bar bushes, it re-introduces the understeer.
I just installed poly in the rear sway bar bushes, poly in the front control arm butterfly bushes, poly in the end-link bushes (top and bottom), and oem rubber in the front sway bar bushes--what a difference! The car handles razor-sharp now with no understeer. Just point and go!!!
Granted, the ride is slightly harsher now (due to the poly butterfly bushes and poly end-link bushes), but from what I gained in performance, I do not care!!!!! I could go with poly top end-link bushes, and oem rubber bottom bushes for the ride comfort, but I like what I've got now.
