Let me preface this by saying that I've got a 1994 9000 Aero, your car I don't know (assuming at least 93-94 since you have extra amp), here we go:
1) After taking the actual decks out, I kinda pried at the sleeves until I could pull them out of the dash, if you pop the ashtray out you can get a hand behind them to help push. Once you've popped one out, the other shouldn't be too bad.
2) I ran 4 gauge power cord (5 channel amp with a second 2 channel soon to come) into the "aquarium" and through the firewall in a grommet at about the middle of the car. I've been told there's another grommet aroung where the clutch pedal is, but I don't have a good lift so I found another route. I then ran it down the front edge of the driver's door (under the carpet and back underneath the sill plate. Under the rear seat and out into the trunk.
3) I didn't remove the seat or amp (I just ran a bypass wire up to the wiring harness at the deck.) I never even removed the stock amp.
4) I also didn't remove the back seat, I simply flipped it up and pulled the plastic trim up (along the door sill) to get the cable up into the trunk behind the upright part of the back seat.
5)The back speakers are mounted to a plate which is mounted to the rear deck with 10mm nuts (at least on my car) the nut in the corner furthest from you DOESN'T need to come off all the way, that corner has a slot rather than a hole so once loose you can slide the plate out. All the other nuts must come off because they go through holes not slots.

Like I said I've got a 5 channel, so I ran speaker wire to the front along the passenger side door sills and then across the dash (bad idea, I get a little interference from the tach signal) The RCA cables also run along the passenger side door sills.
My amp and capacitor are mounted to the back of the pasengar side rear seat with my sub on the left side. Soon I plan to add a second sub, but that's another story.....

Hope I've been helpful, my site has some pics but nothing indepth as far as stereo goes.
