This is for the I4 cars as I have little info on v6 cars due to no interest on my part.
CS had no spoiler and in 95> most if not all had 170 HP LPT engine. Also, CS had 195/65-15 tires on the same 15" rims as the CSE.
CSE had 200 HP FPT engine. It is the same 'engine' as the LPT, but has a different trionic computer AND a BPC solenoid that the LPT does not have. CSE had 205/60-15 tires.
16 inch rims are for 91-92 9kT, Aero, Anniversary '97 CSE and '98 CSE only.
93-95 CS/E wheels were of the 'aero 92' style with the 3 'D' shaped cutouts. THese are very easy to keep clean and I like the looks of them and am in the minority on that issue. The 96-97 CS/E wheels were the rounded 3 spoke which looks like a C900 SPG rim with rounded edges. I like these more than the 15 spoke deals on the earlier 9ks but not that much.
93 was an oddball - it had the old slant block, but with an odd trionic control. In '93 and '94, CS could be LPT or NA. It was possible that the CSE had LPT or FPT engines for these years as well, but I am not sure, here. The CD (4 dr) was another issue all together. It had the '91-92 5 dr type 'slant nose' until '94 and all '95s (CSE type nose) are all v6 from what I have seen on the used market. If you get one, it is pertty easy to make an LPT and FPT car - My conversion cost <300.00, so as long as it has a turbo, concentrate on other desirables first, steer clear of '93, steer clear of TCS (92-95, though '95 was optional and on a lot of Aero and CSE cars). YMMV
