Thanks Kappy. Yes an ACC2 survey would be helpful. What's frustrating sometimes is not knowing if problems are caused by controller unit or other parts of the HVAC system. SAAB should have named it HAL9000 ;-D

On bright note, drove into work this morning. Ambient temp at 34F, pretty cold for this time of year in Vancouver. Well ACC2 worked perfectly. I tried every temp from Lo through Hi and tested all vents. All was functional in AUTO and ECON. Feet were toasty warm too.

Someone told me could be the air mixture flap sticky or broken. Could also be a gunked-up cabin temp sensor. I'll check the sensor over the weekend and clean it out if need to.
