and functional way of getting rid of the TCS system.

Many have voiced that it is possible,(and mentioned loosely what's needed) and many more have asked for specific procedures.

As far as I know about the system, it's not possible within a reasonble amount of money.

One of the lingering problems is that the engine wire harness is not the same.
A TCS equipped car doesn't have an idle motor (AIC valve), the electronic throttle is what compensate the idle when starting and engaging gears or switching on A/C.

Therefore a new engine harness is a must too, and I can't say for sure if that also includes the main harness running behind dashboard and under to the ETS and ASR computer under driver seat.

I looked through your other posts, but couldn't determine if your Aero is stick or auto?

If auto, you also need a new kick down wire.

The list just goes on and on.

Certainly it wouldn't be feasible to pay a mechanic to it, but you would have to do it yourself.

The best way is to buy another donor car of same year and model, and just start swapping parts until everything is working.
