Saab '87 9000T Brake/Washer pump wiring

Good morning.
Anyone know if the washer pump and the brake light wiring are on the same circuit? I have lost the function of both of these.
Wiper arms still work, I am just not getting any fluid for my windshield. There are no blocks in the tubing. Is there an easy way to test this?
All of my brake lights do not work. How do I test if this is one of the switches on the system, or see if it is the wiring?
Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered...
