ABS and Brake Fluid Lights come on at every stop - HELP

The car is an 88 9000 turbo. Upon startup the ABS and Brake Fluid lights come on briefly and go out. I have good braking power but by the end of a stop both lights come on. After the stop the system recovers (Pump comes on) and the lights go off. If I stay on the brake for a prolonged period of time (2-3 min) I lose my power boost completely. Everthing I have read points me in the direction of the Accumulator. I have put 3 different ones on and the result is the same. With the vehicle in Park (yeah, it's an automatic)if I put my head under the dash and depress the brake pedal with my hand I can hear fluid movement (almost a hissing sound). I am not losing any fluid and I have bleed and replaced the fluid. That is except the right front which now has a broken bleed valve. Does anyone have a clue as to where my problem might be? Would a failed master cylinder result in these symptoms? I am fairly comfortable driving it like this but I would never allow anyone else to drive it this way. I had thoughts of giving it to my son but that won't happen the way it is now. Thanks for any help/advice anyone can provide.
