Can't give you the torque specs right now, but I know they are in the Haynes manual. Seems like they would be around 15-20 ft/lbs. Coat both sides of the gasket with anaerobic gasket sealer (used to be Loctite 518, now has some other Permatex number) and the pump will never leak. Use silicon grease on the O-rings if you have it, otherwise use Vasalene. Oh, and loosen the 4 bolts on the pulley before you remove the serpentine belt. Think about replacing the lower radiator hose, since you will have it off anyways. Dare I mention Bars Leak?
