See posts of Nov 21 1542 or so. Call Clarion in Gardena, CA, it's cheaper than the New Jersey location. Pack it as if it is your best china; mine arrived damaged and USPS claim process precludes getting anything back for quite a long time. I gave up and took the exchange route.
They repair for either $80, or $105, depending on who you talk to, or exchange it for $180 if it can't be repaired. Call 800 347 8667. Ask for Sylvia, who was a great help to me. Have patience, too. Her email addr is SFierro@clarion.com.
I just went through the process. Other people have had bad results, though. Good luck.
