The 5W-30 or 10W-30 would be fine. The 0W-30 is better, and what I'm running in my 85 900T and my 88 9KT. I drain it at 10,000 miles (which is about a year), and it is probably still good.
My son-in-law changed his 900T from AMSOIL 10W-30 to the 0W-30 shortly after it came out. Told me he picked up 50-60 miles per tankful before the fuel light came on.
The 0W-30 will cost you about $10 a year more than the others, and I feel it is well worth it.
