You can search this board to find an excellent detailed description how to do it or read this summary!
1) Remove the small mirror selection switch - pulls straight out
2) Remove the thin square foam padding encircling the tiny switch bar.
3) Push the now visible (!) black plastic vertical locking bar forward 2 mm to unlock and the complete switch can be pulled out (starting from the back of the car). Remove cable at connector.
4) Remove locking screws , 2 in door handle, 2 in door pocket, 1 in black door release panel.
5) Remove door release panel, remove 1 screw behind door release panel.
6) Remove lamp in door - 1 screw, remove locking bar behind door lamp - 1 screw.
7) Pull out 2 "push in clamps" by pressing door panel straight out at lower left and mid right side until the door "pops" loose. Raise the panel up starting from the back of the car. Do not loose the small locking clips that locks the panel to the top of the door. If you do, by new to reinstall as the door panel otherwise can "pop" up and mess up the door locking mechanism. This is a hassle if you are somewhere else than in your garage!
