I bought my 9000 after selling of my '94 bmw, T-Scandia had been a good source of parts for an 900 turbo restoration, but I brought my 9000 in and they were bad!

First of all, they don't communicate very well. When you are spending $$$, you want to what the mechnaic is doing and why. This my offend some, but T-Scandia is a family run biz and they are from Thailand(I think), it is next to impossible to understand the "Business Office Manager" who may be a wife or sister of one of the brothers. She is confrontational, and cannot explain the simplest technical components of the repair.

Unless you have simple repairs, I would suggest you avoid the place.

The other options:

-RPM: I used them for two jobs, and although costly, I had described the symptoms here on the board and Ari and other gurus verified that they were legit in suggesting the course of repairs.

-Swedish Performance Group- (Gresham) kinda far out, but Lew(?) is an honest guy, and has a solid following.. He actually sold me an '84 900T, and it was mechanically perfect, I restored and sold. Drove it for a year around town, out to Bend, etc. Very Reliable.

-Gary Small- Best Dealer in town, again on the east side, but in my neighborhood (Mt. Tabor), good prices on parts compared to others.

-Kuni: they took over the other dealership after Monte Shelton decided not to sell Saabs, I bought my BMW from Kuni 3 years ago, but the word on the street is that they just don't know Saabs very well. You can find cool Saab Catalog items there though.
