I am not blaming the synthetic oil for anything, I know it's superior, thats why I tried to switch. I am merely reporting that my transmission was grinding with the synthetic and it doesn't grind with the fossil oil, just as many others before me have reported. I have a 97 Aero(67k) and 91 SPG (221k)that shift beautifully with synthetic (as stated) but my 92(166k) needs dino oil. I know YOUR transmission is perfect but not all transmissions are.
