DI cassette torque specs & erratic idle (long)

Some time ago, I saw a posting that detailed the proper procedure for installing the DI cassette, but I can't find it now. Does anybody know the proper torque for the DI cassette bolts?
My 91 9000 T has an intermittant erratic idle and sometimes hesitates at moderate speeds (30-40 mph) like it is not firing on all cylinders. When the car starts acting up, the idle is erratic and oscillates between 500-1500 RPM, and the car is prone to stalling at stops.
This problem started about 2 weeks ago, but it had previously been running great. It has new NGK plugs, air filter, fuel filter, and hooter valve.
It has only base boost (not a new problem), but I have not fully investigated this. (I am not in a hurry to fix the turbo because the car is driven by my 16 year old son, and he is not ready for the extra power.)I have searched for a vacuum leak, but I have not found one.
I suspect the DI cassette, but I don't have a known good one to swap in.
I am in the process of cleaning the throttle body and IAC valve.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Saab Heir
