I have heavily modified the suspension on my 1997 9000CS as well. Among other things I have the Abbott racing Konis and I'm very fond of them.
Couple of questions;
How long have Konis been on the car? I set mine up very soft for several weeks, as previous experience shows that Konis have a long break in period. During that period of time the car was stiffer than my Ford F250 4x4. Eventually they settled in and I began slowly bumping up the settings.
Did you change the wishbone bushings? Stock, the bushings are shot in 20,000 miles. Stiffer springs hasten the process. Abbott makes urethane bushings that I have in 3 of my 9000s.
Finally, SAS makes a set of heavier sway bars that I have under my 97 and under a 95 Aero. These were already installed when I did the Konis and the lowering coils on the 97.
