Ah the memories. Gene forgot the 2 balance shaft gears. I also replaced the oil pressure valve that is at the bottom right corner of the timing chain cover. Received most parts from Eeuroparts. Sobstory is great too. I bought my timing chain kit (Scantech) from Trollhattan, but it came with a master link type chain. Maybe sure the ends are peened or buy an endless chain. Don't want that clip coming off.
I considered doing the timing chain as a major overhaul. If you plan on keeping the car for it's life I would consider doing these other things.
Replace all the serp belt, pulleys tensioner like Gene said.
Water pump
Voltage Reg
Drop oil pan, replace seals and clean out.
motor mounts?
