Intresting really as there's alot of choices.
You like the black 92' w/133K miles because it's $3,500 and has a nice service history.
The green 92'has higher miles(about 30K roughly)and is a manual trans but yet the price is only less by $300 and it's clutch is going out.
The 91' isn't a bad choice but it does have the SRS and ABS lights going off and while these could be simple repairs, they can just as well cost you $2,000+ easily, not to mention it's a AUTO so, I say NO to this one.
First off I never pick a car simply based on how many miles it's got. While I don't have ANY experience with AUTO transmissions and SAAB's, I believe the headaches of those who have had problems with them. So for me that makes the 92' your talking about my second choice.
My first choice would be the GREEN 92' with all of it's miles and slipping clutch, but not at $300 less than the blk one though. 'IF' you consider the clutch issue, it being a manual trans, and it having more miles, I'd think that would warrant a price considerablely lower than the $3,200 they're asking, and you might have to remind them of that BLK 92' and all it's records and better features. Getting it for around $2,500 would be more like it I'd say, then use the $1,000 saved to put a new clutch in it and other little things it might need. If it happens to be a TURBO model, all the better because now you'll enjoy that SAAB the way I think it was meant to be.
Lastly, a clutch replacement's about $500-600 depending where you shop, while an AUTO trans will probably be in the $2,000 neighborhood.
See Ya,
Phil
