Use a hack saw, and cut thought the 1/16" aluminum liner, holding the rubber mount at 2 places. This will allow the bushing to collapse and you can push it out using a chisel or fingers. Be care to not cut into the mounts supports, which are also aluminum. This is the method I used on both top mount and trans mount when converted to poly.
