I need to confess. Very long.

I've been fighting a terrible oil leak for a while and I've been in denial that is could be coming from the head gasket. Until I remembered that about two years ago when the leak first started (it was a great deal smaller then like a trickle), I had blown a radiator hose and overheated the engine. Yep the cardinal sin, I told myself that I was too close to the house to pull over. After that I had trouble with some wiring and couldn't keep a fuse in the circuit of my cooling fan. Needless to say, in stop and go trafic there were a lot of close calls there too but nothing that caused any water to spill out. So now I have a gusher. I don't drive the car much anymore, except on snow days. Recently I've heard that Saabs can warp heads very easily even over heating the car just once because of the aluminum head. At first I though that the oil lead was coming from the engine cover on the tranny end, but now it seems to be coming from both ends, about where the head meets the block. Sorry for the long post, is it what I think it is?
