Unsolved idle woes and more - please help again (long)

So I've been posting about idle problems etc. in the past. The car is also supposed to boost till the middle of the red guage (prev. owner upgraded the APC). The problems are as below:
- Unsteady (not high) idle. Oscillates about 1k +-200rpm.
- Boost is only going till the end of orange. The car has boosted till the middle of the red before.
- The revs drop down to about 4-500 rpm when the clutch is pressed and held, only when just about to stop (not just lifting off the throttle while moving). This happens even if I coast to a stop (no boost) in gear and press the clutch in right before stopping.
- Low mileage. Getting 20-22 hwy mpg at 65mph (US).
What I've done so far:
- New BPV. The 110 version this time.
- New vaccuum hose leading to it. The one I used last time was a tad too large (not a secure seal). Actually, the old BPV was fine. I checked it by sucking on the tube. And since the tube alone was fine, I assumed the valve to be torn. But infact it was the join between the two that was leaking. Anyways, that is not the case now.
- New dashpot (which can never seem to stay adjusted btw).
- New MAF. Atleast thats what the seller claimed.
- TPS checked.
- Throttle body cleaned.
- Idle control cleaned and working.
- Replaced obviously old vac. tubes.
What next? Replacing the old BPV/tube with the new one made absolutely no difference. I'm so disheartened.
Thanks in advance,
Karthik
