While I have experienced some of the same problems on my 88" 9000T, none of them had anything to do with clutch pedal involvement. One of the things I was getting though was whe I would use the clutch to change gears (slowing for a stop or making a turn) was that the car would stall.
Most of the things you tried and replaced I had done as well and yet the problem was still there. Changed ALL the vacumn lines, clean T-body, clean AMM, cleaned AIC valve, new Decel Dashpot, adjusted TPS sensor, new BPV -110(which I quickly destroyed with all the boost I have), new plugs and so forth.
Either way, the AIC Valve after being cleaned seemed to make the problem go away but only for a day or two at most. I didn't know how to check to see if it was still a good part or not but I replaced it and the hunting idle went away real fast. The stalling was still there but the BPV was bad and I didn't know that yet. I replaced it with a new one and all has been fine for the past 6 months. So, if you've gotten this far and your BPV is good, I'd say the problems are still being caused by the AIC Valve.
They're about $100 new from thesaabsite.com or eeuroparts.com
See Ya,
Phil
