then that should change to running voltage after moving 50 feet forward. Then you say it goes down to 11.X Try a voltmeter on the battery sitting and at idle, then at 2K rpm. Should be at 14.2 to charge after start, 13.8 at run normal state. Age of battery???? If is over 2 yrs get a new one using any warranty that is still on it. Then measure the voltage again as before. Your regulator/brushes may be old too.
