Buy a disposable Syringe.. 2 ounce or larger is good. Buy some tubing, a foot is plently.. force fit it onto the end of the syringe (you did buy stretchy tubing of the apprpriate size?... Silicone is excellent for this) Sttretch the free end onto the bleeder nipple... use the Syringe plunger to "suck" all of the air/fluid out.. your tubing is ideally transparent, if not watch the stream into the syringe. Repeat as necessary on all four bleeders...order is irrelevant as long as you don't touch the brake pedal.
Once you have done one bleeder this will seem about as complex as putting air in your tires:-)
Do ensure that the Master cylinder reservoir gets refilled to avoid sucking in air.
