I know because I have done Wife's a couple of times now. Its not so much the coffee that's the problem, its all that whipped milk in the Latte.
Procedure:
1) Gently pry the switch unit out of the console and remove elect. plug. I think the front lifts out.
2) Still gently, and working on a bench so's not to lose parts, pry the lower half of the switch from the upper half. A very thin blade like a knife or razor blade works well. As you pry , keep the unit oriented as it normally is in the car, this will keep the toggles from falling out.
3) Once you get it apart, check and clean all the contact points on the various window switches (the little see-saw looking toggles). There are a bunch of them. Chances are, the culprit will be obvious.
4) Set all the toggles back in place and snap back together. Check that all buttons depress and snap back properly, then re-install.
I use a little emery paper to clean the contacts. First trip through was a milkshake, second was a full Latte into the switch. I think the milk burns into a non-conductive carbon deposit. Entire unit now works fine. Total cost: $$Bubkus.
Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
