First thing I'd look at is motor mounts - all of them! If possible, have someone sit in the running car, put it in first, and repeatedly let the clutch out partway while holding right foot on the brake. At the same time, you look under the hood (from the SIDE of the car, just in case it rolls!) and observe the motor moving back and forth. Look and listen for trouble with any of the mounts.
Failing that, inner drivers are a possibility. Seems like upper strut mounts aren't usually a problem on 9000's, although of course yours could be the exception!
