94' 9000 CSE stalling

My 94' 9000 CSE (non turbo automatic) Starts and runs great. After 15-20 minutes of driving it will sometimes stall while stopped at a traffic light. No trouble indicators are registered. The first symptom is the idle starts missing a beat. It feels like the engine is missing. When I try to press the accelerator the engine appears to be starved for fuel. It hesitates and sputters, and maybe will stall. Sometimes I don't notice the idle missing and it just stalls while I sit at the traffic light. Normally it will restart and run normally. My mechanic has replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel regulator, and fuel relay. Looked for vacuum leaks, cleaned the TB. I have read a lot of posts about cleaning the IAC to correct surging idle problems. This is hard to get to on my 9k. I suppose its still the next logical choice. Is there a better next choice?
Thanks
