You said there are no ACC codes. When the ACC runs self test, it moves the servo back and forth through the full range. There is a position sensor built into the servo, so the ACC knows if the servo moves. If the servo wasn't moving, you'd get an ACC code.
So my guess is that something very simple happened- the arm fell off the servo. The servo has a metal arm on it, held to the servo shaft with a set screw. I have seen the arm fall off the servo. It's also possible that the stiff wire fell off the arm. This will be simple to test - grab the arm at the blower box, and see if you can move it with your hand. If you can pull and push the wire with your hand, then it's fallen off at the servo end.
