As Miachael says, the ABS won't like it, but I don't think it's enough to mess it up. The diameter change is only 2%, and although I can't guarantee it, I'll bet that's well below the speed difference threshold. Where it might show up would be ABS errors - the ABS would see a speed difference between the front and rear wheels with the brakes off, and trigger an ABS fault. Again, I'll bet 2% is below the threshold, but you might get intermittent ABS errors.

The other is handling. As a gross generalization, fatter tires provide more traction. There aren't a lot of FWD cars out there that need more traction in the rear. Typically you want the additional traction in the front, where the tires both put power down and steer. FWD cars tend to understeer, and fatter tires in the rear will only make this worse. If you want to get any advantage from the wider tires, put them on the front.

If you just happen to have a set of tires you want to use, then it probably won't matter much. Probably a bigger difference will be in the brand/model of the tires, and how worn they are. If they're the same brand/model as the fronts, just a little wider, you won't notice much, other than a little extra understeer. If they're radically different tires, then handling and braking could get, well, interesting. And not in a good way. When the front and rear of the car have different ideas about turning and stopping, handling can become unpredictable.
