the key pad off by accident. That is the whole point of the key pad. The idea is just remove the keypad and take it with you and the radio head unit is disabled. When you put the pad back on, you don't need the code, it should work as it was before. I just tried it in my '95 Aero which should have the same unit as your CSE.
Make sure you pop the keypad back in properly, pop it out again and try. When you put it back in, make sure you put the bottom part in first then the top where the latch is.
However, if you have removed the fuse, then you probably need the code to revive it. You should see the word CODE displayed on the radio. Then you enter your code.
