OK, check fuses first. A/C compressor, etc., but check them all to be sure. Check the elecrical coonector to the A/C compressor to make sure it's getting juice.

The relays and fuses for the fan are in the engine compartment, in front of the battery. First, make sure the wires are connected, then take a screwdriver and lay it across the contacts for the fan on the thermoswitch. This is a round sensor about halfway down the radiator with two or three wires attached to (it varied that year). If the fan comes on, then the thermoswith may be bad but there is power to the switch. If the fan doesn't come on, the problem is somewhere else. The relay for my fan occasionally works itself loose from engine vibration.

Still nothing?

They may have checked the fuel pump relay before going to the fuel pump. Check all the relays behind the glove box. To remove the glove box is 4 T-25 or T-27 screws. Pull the box out (be careful about the glovebox light), and there are two screws that hold the fuse/relay block in place. Remove those and the block will drop down. There is a chart on top for which relay does what.
