Daniel,
Run the wire thru the little rubber grommet in the false bulkhead in the engine compartment, then under the plastic door sills on the left side of the car, under the back seat, and out into the trunk. RCA cables you should run from the head unit along the opposite side of the car. As for the remote turn on lead you usually needed for most amplifiers, you can just tap into the power wire for the antenna in the trunk, as it goes up and down in all 9ks when the radio is turned on (assuming you want the amp to go on when you turn the radio on.) I found that this was far easier then running another wire up to the front of the car. Best of luck.
