With all that work in you Saab, I gotta think you don't want to get near anybody. You must like to wrench!
Haven't read your first post yet, but a couple of things come to mind. I assume that you are going to do the blower motor with the heater core since you are in there, and it is easy. Been using Bar's? Might hold the core until the blower dies. I've been using it on a leaking '95 for the past 4+ yrs. So far, so good.
Don't know if you've experienced this, but I know with the '86 & '87 9ks the unibody tended to crack in the rear wheel wells. Next time you have the rear wheels off take a good look at the top of the wheel wells. Am told this is not a big structural problem, but it does leak into the rear hatch. My indy welded then covered the weld with a brass brase and undercoating on the outside. My '87 had the problem after 6yrs and 150k mi.
Seems like you've replaced most everything. How about the Harmonic Balancer? I'd do the serp pulleys too, though is sounds like that is a topic of your first post.
