Don't know exactly what you're asking, since the O2 sensor wires (4) are bound together and attached to a black plastic connector which inserts into another connector that then feeds into the main wiring harness that goes to the ECU.
There's really nothing to replacing an O2 sensor other than removing the old one, installing the new one (which will have anti-seize lube on its threads, and if not, then put some on), and reconnecting the connectors.
I'm really starting to think that maybe it's the other O2 sensor. I understand why we would think that "Bank 1/Sensor 1" would be the one near the turbo, but who knows what Saab would think? Although, I would hate to spend another $130 to buy the 2nd one and find out that it is not that one.
This is really making me nuts. The car was boosting perfectly beforehand, even with the CEL on and the old, oem O2 sensor. How could replacing it and a fuel filter cause this problem? And like I said, I would consider it to be the filter, but then the CEL came back on within 2 weeks, spitting out the same damn bad O2 sensor codes.
Does anyone know the procedure for testing an O2 sensor? I know that a digital meter is the best to use in this instance, but how do I go about performing it?
