The Saab dealerships must think this synthetic tranny fluid is the best stuff ever. Keep in mind it was designed for later trannies. I won't go into the saga in any detail, but I had accelerated synchro wear in a rebuilt (Eriksson) 5-spd for my '91 9kt, but I thought it was a rebuild issue, so Eriksson sent me a new tranny, again filled with synthetic by the dealership, and the same thing happened. This time I replaced it with fossil, with extensive siphoning and backfilling, and the tranny is so-so now. How many miles have you put on it with the new tranny fluid?
