I have a '93 as well.
Change the plugs, I gap to 1mm ( .040 ) and use only the stock NGK plugs BCPR7ES or BCPR7ES-11. Dielectric grease (I use Loctite Super Lube) on the porcelain. I also use a little copper anti seize on the threads.
Clean the throttle body - do a search here for instructions. This is part of the European maintenance schedule but not the North American even though it is essential. Made a huge diff in my idle quality.
Bad DI will miss badly under load as the first sign of failure (just had one go at 100k miles). Idle quality is not affected until it is really far gone.
There are two horns, one just behind the grille (in front of radiator) that fills with water and dies, and one down low on the passenger side near the water pump - you need to remove the panels under the rad to get to it. Remove the bad one and take it to the auto parts store - it is a standard item available off the shelf anywhere.
Have fun!
