Thanks for the responses everyone, all are valid points and I will research each this weekend.
Stephen brings up a good point on the power loss. I was hesitant to include this in my description due to the fact my immediate response to the noise is to let off the gas. Once I give more gas again, the car is so loud it is difficult to tell the real power.
The noise really sounds like I am running an open exhaust. It is hard to tell with the loud noise, but possibly some vibration. I looked under the car and can’t say any exhaust component comes close to the body/frame. For the record, I replaced the down pipe about a year ago and all covers are in place. Also, it was about 32°F this morning and no noise.
