first check that the oil isn't leaking from the unused distributor plug, a common place for oil to leak through the side of the plug. If the plug is loose, you get oil seeping out and dropping down to the place you found oil. Tighten the hold down screw or put a washer or two to push on the plug. I use a small washer on my '95 Aero and that did the trick.
The more common leak is below the right most exhaust manifold bolt as you found. This is a flaw of the 2.3L engine, it looks like oil leaking from the head gasket.
How bad is the leak ? I surmise it is just weeping but rarely reach the ground. If so, just periodically wipe the oil off.
Are you driving the car hard when cold ?
