Do you have a complete service record? If so it may modify a few things I will say...
1. Get your self some nice quality silicon vacuum line. Figure on about 30ft of 3.5mm and 10 ft of 6.0mm and get all the old line out of there.
(hosetechniques.com)
2. Replace all the grommets and the vacuum connector coming out of the valve cover gasket. (eEuroparts.com)
3. Replace the one way valve attached to the valve cover gasket. (eEuroparts.com)
4. Replace the one way valve going to the TCS run-off switch on the false firewall. (Dealer only, I believe)
5. Replace the TCS run-off valve.
(eEuroparts.com)
6. For extra points find all the TCS related connections and contact clean them, the put some dielectric grease in there and reconnect
This should only cost about 100-150 in parts, but should help to enusre that you don't have any TCS related problems in the near future and the car should idle smoother.
