I'm a big believer in sticking with the stock stuff in cars, as much because you know what to expect as because it's less expensive (in general).
Aeros are already fast, and already stop very fast. That's what gave them the appeal to european car buyers in the first place. Better to devote the difference in money to more critical repairs and/or persnickety maintenance.
If you're going to the track, the equation changes of course. But if that's your goal, you would not see a great benefit from doing the rear brakes unless you do the fronts as well. Rears don't do that much of the stopping work in general.
Several Aero owners on this board, however, have gone to great lengths to install performance upgrades of all sorts, and no doubt can weigh in on this topic to that effect.
