The TB is where the large air inlet hose connects to the driver's side of the inlet manifold. You can clean it with regular carburator cleaner. Take off the clamp from the air inlet hose and slide the hose off the TB. You will see a round metal plate inside with is the throttle butterfly. That is the part that is controlled by both your accelerator and the TCS ECU, which is why it is electroncially driven (drive-by wire).
The whole area in front and behind will probably be extremely dirty. clean it with a piece of cloth.
less than 15 minutes of work. Tools you need: a scewdriver.
