Driver's window rolls down all the time

Any time that the fuse is in, the driver's side window rolls down on its own. The switch will roll it back up, but when released, it rolls down again. I have soaked all the Pepsi out of the switch pack, and cleaned what I can including all the switch internals, but something is wrong or still arcing in the underside of the circuitboard that I can't reach. The relays work both ways. Help.
